14-day money-back guarantee

One-off products (Claim Builder, Settlement Review, Disciplinary & Grievance Pack)

These deliver digital documents immediately. You can request a refund within 14 days under our guarantee above. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Subscriptions (Full Support)

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not generally refund part-months, but the 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. By choosing to start immediately, you may waive this right once content is delivered — but our voluntary guarantee above still gives you 14 days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sackcheck.co.uk with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
