SackCheck is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a self-help information and document-preparation service.

Information, not advice

Everything on SackCheck — including eligibility results, strength scores, estimated award ranges, guides and document templates — is general information to help you understand and pursue your own employment matter. It is not legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship.

No guarantee of outcome

Employment claims depend on evidence, the specific facts, and tribunal discretion. Estimated awards are illustrative and generated from the limited information you provide. We do not predict or guarantee that you will win, settle, or be awarded any particular amount.

Deadlines

Tribunal claims have strict time limits, usually three months less one day. You are responsible for meeting all deadlines. Our reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee.

When to get a solicitor

For complex, high-value, or contested matters — or if you are unsure — you should consult a qualified employment solicitor or contact ACAS, Citizens Advice, or your trade union.

Jurisdiction

SackCheck addresses the law of England and Wales (and, where stated, Scotland). It is not suitable for matters in other jurisdictions.

SackCheck is operated by NZN Engineering Software and Consultancy Limited (Company No. 13384743), England & Wales. Contact: hello@sackcheck.co.uk.
